Delta was a humanoid druid wearing a large coat and beanie hat, with distinctive tentacles poking out. Secretly, she was actually three octopi standing on top of one another, Alpha, Beta and Charlie.
The three octopi had previously worked for Phantom Peak Fishing Co before it shut down, escaping from the rest of their species which starved in the ocean due to overfishing.
The Phantom took the form of a fisherman, reminding Delta of the past she'd escaped.
